Warranty and returns

Our Guarantee  We take great pride in our work and do our very best to check and test all our products before they are loved by our customers. Our intention is for our products to last for years. If any of our products don’t live up to that, we will do whatever we can to turn things around. In the very rare instance of a failure of any aspect of one of our products, we ask that the customer contact us so that we can craft a plan to make it right. Please contact us with any questions.

Warranty Period  Wullyz warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a product is found to be defective wullyz will repair, replace or refund the defective product if the following is present,

This warranty is subject to the following limitations

  • valid for the original purchaser with copy of original receipt.
  • all warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
  • returned products to the customer from wullyz requires prepaid freight.
  • shipping charges are not refundable.

Excluded from warranty coverage

  • damage caused by misuse or mishandling.
  • normal wear and tear.
  • damage caused by improper washing or cleaning.
  • damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship.

Returns and exchanges

  • If you purchased an item online from wullyz.com, you may return your unused item for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date (this does not include shipping).
  • You can expect your refund to be applied to your payment 5 to 10 days of receiving your returned item. 
  • If you purchased your item locally please return it to place of purchase. 
  • Authorized dealers of Wullyz slippers may have different return policies.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping cost.
  • Please secure a tracking number, for we do not replace packages lost during shipment.
  • If you would like to replace any item(s) for another size, style or colour, please place a new order and contact us for return instructions.


If you received your item as a gift we can only issue a refund or exchange to their credit card purchaser.
